How it works

A screening process you can explain to a client

proSCREEN structures the work you already do, then keeps the judgment with the recruiter. Five steps, start to finish.

  1. Step one

Define the role the way you screen it

Build a job with weighted qualifications, disqualifiers, preferred signals, and private recruiter context. The weighting is what the assessment reads, so the standard is yours, not a generic template.

  2. Step two

Bring in one resume at a time

Upload a single PDF or Word resume. The text is extracted, scanned or unreadable files are flagged instead of guessed at, and the structured candidate record is created for you to confirm.

  3. Step three

    Catch duplicates before they multiply

Every intake is checked against your workspace on email, phone, LinkedIn, name, and resume fingerprint. When a match appears you choose to update the existing candidate or keep a separate record.

  4. Step four

    Read the assessment, then decide

Assess a candidate against one job or every active job. You see the recommendation, the confidence, and the requirement by requirement analysis with evidence. Advance, hold, or decline is your call, and your agreement or override is recorded.

  5. Step five

Send the follow up in your own words

Each decision drafts the matching candidate email from your workspace templates. Drafts stay editable, internal only notes never leave the platform, and sending stays off until you switch it on in Settings.
